Upland Hydrogeology Consulting was founded in 2024 with a mission to provide the highest level of client services for water resources, environmental, and all groundwater-related activities. Sean Culkin started Upland after more than 15 years working on a wide range of technically-challenging projects for private, public, and legal clients, and continues his commitment to sustainability and environmental stewardship in California, the US West Coast, and beyond.
